  1. Who should we communicate to as it relates to our Business Startup Activities?
    All questions and concerns as it relates to business startup activities should be directed to the person responsible for the pillar you are in. For example, if you are currently in the BIC then you can direct questions to the Business Startup Coordinator who will then seek advice and guidance from the Programme Director or CEO accordingly. If you are currently in the GIC then you can direct questions to the Innovation Specialists who will then seek advice and guidance from the Centre Manager or Head of GIC accordingly.
  2. Am I am required to pay for services offered by the Park?
    As it relates to Park services, there is currently no cost attached to utilizing Park services, in time a membership program will be introduced to better serve our customers and the details of that program will be communicated to all tenants of the Park.
  3. Can my startup use the Park’s address as my business address?
    As it relates to using the Park’s address for branding, this is completely permissible. We only ask that the Programme Director or CEO be notified in advance so detailed records can be kept.
  4. Can my startup be a virtual member of the Park and never occupy the premises physically?
    As it relates to the operational methods startups would like to use, we strongly encourage virtualization wherever possible. However, the park is designed to encourage exchange and collaboration as much as possible and until all online platforms are in place and operational, this is best done in person.
  5. Can my startup be featured on ABSIP’s website and social media platforms?
    Startups will most certainly have a presence on ABSIP’s website and social media platforms. In fact startups will be even featured on external platforms associated with the Park based on relevancy.
